In her role of Quality Reporting Specialist at Stratis Health, Robyn has worked closely with Minnesota critical access hospitals (CAHs), providing education on measure specifications, clarifying data abstraction questions, assisting hospitals using the CMS Clinical Abstraction & Reporting Tool (CART), and supporting the process of data submission to the CMS Clinical Warehouse. Robyn worked with the University of Minnesota Rural Research Center to develop a data collection guide for the Emergency Department Transfer Communication Measure. As a member of the Rural Quality Improvement Technical Assistance (RQITA) team, Robyn now expands the work she has done in MN to assist CAH’s across the nation. She has helped develop an MBQIP Quality Reporting Guide and has a set of abstraction training videos to help those new to abstraction and reporting. Robyn received her degree in health information management from the College of St. Scholastica, Duluth, MN.
