Krista Eylar, MBA, BSN, RN, currently serves as the Director of Nursing at Holton Community Hospital, a 12-bed critical access hospital in northeast Kansas. She has the honor of serving in an organization that is progressive and constantly evolving to ensure they are providing the highest quality of care to their community. Krista led efforts for Holton Community Hospital to become the first, and currently only, hospital in Kansas to be recognized as an Age-Friendly health system. As a nurse of seventeen years her dream was to work in the ICU and ER, but after living her dream she found her heart led her to the critical access setting, where she hopes to stay as long as they will tolerate her constant stream of ideas and projects!
