Kayla Combs is a Rural Project Manager for the Kentucky Office of Rural Health, where she oversees the Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Program. In this role, Kayla works with the state's 28 Critical Access Hospitals to further their quality improvement and financial stability efforts to ensure continued access to these services for rural Kentuckians. Kayla has worked at the KORH for the past 8 years and has been in her current role for 7. Kayla holds a Bachelors in Biology from Alice Lloyd College and a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Kentucky.
