Joyce A. Hospodar, MBA, MPA, has worked over thirty-five years for hospital systems in Utah, Kentucky, and Arizona in the areas of strategic planning, marketing, and operations. Currently, Ms. Hospodar is the Senior Advisor, Rural Programs at the Arizona Center for Rural Health. Efforts focus on providing technical assistance to the state’s rural hospitals and clinics, the statewide EMS and Trauma networks and is currently focused on the 4 year SAMHSA First Responders Initiative.
